What it costs to install the system.

Real ranges, fixed scope, clear terms. Final pricing is set after a strategy call once we understand the size of the company and the state of the current stack.

Sales Management & Training

Build a sales team that runs the system

Starts at $12,000

8–12 week engagement

One additional direct commercial win per rep pays for it.

Most restoration sales teams only know how to sell residential and insurance work. We install the playbook, the rhythm, and the coaching that turns reps into operators who win the direct commercial verticals — schools, healthcare, data centers, multifamily, affordable housing, commercial tech, and government.

What's included

  • Vertical-specific playbooks: schools, healthcare, data centers, multifamily, affordable housing, commercial tech, government
  • Sales process and stage definitions tuned to CRE and FM selling
  • Rep playbook: prospecting, discovery, follow-up, and close
  • Activity standards, scorecards, and pipeline hygiene rules
  • Weekly 1:1, pipeline review, and forecast cadence
  • Live call and ride-along coaching with reps
  • Manager enablement so the rhythm holds after we leave

Engagement terms

How we work together.

How engagements are structured

Fixed-scope project with a defined start, milestone schedule, and launch date. No hourly billing, no open-ended retainers during the build.

Payment terms

50% to start, 50% at launch on builds under $30K. Larger builds are split across three milestones: kickoff, mid-build, and launch.

What happens after launch

Every build includes 60 days of optimization through the Rel8 Loop — Intake → Align → Resolve → Optimize. Ongoing support is available as a monthly engagement if you want it.

What we need from you

An owner or operator who can make decisions, one internal champion for rollout, and honest access to how the business actually runs today.

A note on pricing

We publish ranges instead of fixed prices because no two operators are the same. A 12-truck restoration company with a clean Salesforce instance is a different build than a 40-person commercial construction team running on spreadsheets and group chats. The strategy call is where we figure out which one you are — and what the right scope looks like.
